Studios and desks available

The spaces we can propose are available from mid end February till end of August 2024. Unfortunately, after that the full floor and its vibrant community may have to move to a new space. Joining the floor also means to be part of an asbl gathering people engaged in the network of artists run spaces in Brussels.

The floor is located on the 2nd floor of a building equipped with elevators, and an access doors with a ramp. The floor has wheelchair accessible bathrooms without handrails. Public transport is a few hundred meters away (Botanique/Kruidtuin, Rogier, Central station, Brussels Congres). The building has bike racks behind a lockable door. The floor and building are accessible 7/7, 24/24 with a badge system we'll provide.

The building has a common space, including a kitchen, a meeting or lunch table, a bunch of confortable sofas and a library.

Studio 7 : Cohabiting with OSP station

OSP has between 1/3 and a 1/2 of a 40 m2 studio available for renting, leaving space for around 4 desks. They currently pay 1178,25€ per month and would prefer an equal division, but are open to discuss different split of the spaces and prices. You can find here a plan showing in purple the desk and furniture they occupy already with orange desks proposals. Of course any other possibility of arrangements is imaginable together 🙂 with them.
